摘 要:采用3D打印增材制造技术与传统的精密铸造技术相结合,首先建立零件的三维模型,通过3D打印无需模具即可快速制造出零件的“蜡模”,再采用钛熔模铸造工艺,最后得到钛精密铸件;并对制模和制壳过程中遇到的模型组树困难、表面质量差、浆料涂挂困难,焙烧过程中型壳易胀裂和铸件表面污染层厚等问题等进行了深入探讨,提出了解决方法,促进了3D打印技术在钛及钛合金精密铸造行业的应用。The 3D printing additive manufacturing technology is combined with the traditional precision casting technology. Firstly, the 3D model of the parts is established, and the “wax mold” of the parts can be quickly produced by 3D printing without mold. Then, the titanium investment casting process is adopted, and the titanium precision casting is finally obtained. The problems encountered in the process of mold and shell making, such as difficulty in modeling, poor surface quality, difficulty in paste coating, easy expansion and crack of medium shell during roasting and thick polluted layer on the surface of casting, etc. are dicussed in depth, and solutions are put forward, which promoted the application of 3D printing technology in titanium and titanium alloy precision casting industry.
