摘 要:总结补肾复方对免疫调节细胞、激素或细胞因子表达、骨代谢及多种信号通路的调节作用,归纳补肾复方在绝经后骨质疏松症动物模型中的研究进展。补肾复方在绝经后骨质疏松症动物模型的治疗中发挥了积极的作用,可通过调节相关免疫细胞、血清炎症因子及信号通路,促进骨形成,抑制骨吸收,改善骨代谢水平,提高骨密度,防治绝经后骨质疏松症。This article summarizes the regulatory effect of kidney-tonifying compounds on immune regulatory cells,hormone or cytokine expression,bone metabolism and multiple signal pathways,and summarizes the research progress of kidney-tonifying compounds in animal models of postmenopausal osteoporosis.Kidney-tonifying compounds have played an active role in the treatment of animal models of postmenopausal osteoporosis.It can promote bone formation,inhibit bone absorption,improve bone metabolism,increase bone density,prevent and treat postmenopausal osteoporosis by regulating relevant immune cells,serum inflammatory factors and signal pathways.
