群己权界:生育理性的家国互嵌

摘　　要：生育不仅是家事,也是国事;不仅是私事,还具备公共及社会属性。从“利己”到“利他”,西方社会一直以来并未能突破利他与利己的二元冲突。生育实践是“个体利己主义”和“群体利他主义”最重要的统一路径,生育教化及代际传承则是“个体”与“群体”命运共同体的最大公约数。应对现代生育危机不可迷信西方的治理技术,生育支持体系建设也应跳出“欲望-利益”导向的个体化思维,从群己权界新视角,以“家国互嵌”和“人心-人伦”的群体价值观教化切入,运用“家国一体”文化自觉手段,通过社会督促指导年轻一代树立正确的婚育观,并对竞争性养育文化采取“减负降压”等制度位育举措。Childbirth is not only a family matter,but also a national matter;it is not only a private matter,but also has public attributes.From"self-interest"to"altruism",Western society has never been able to break through the binary conflict between altruism and self-interest.Fertility practice is the most important unifying path of"individual self-interest"and"group altruism",and fertility enlightenment and intergenerational inheritance are the greatest common divisors of the community with a shared future for both the"individual"and the"group".To deal with the modern fertility crisis,we must not be superstitious in Western governance techniques.The construction of the fertility support system should jump out of the"desire-interest"-oriented individualized way of thinking,from a new perspective of"group-self right demarcation",with more group values such as"the state-family embedding"and"conscience-human relations",use the culturally conscious means of"the state-family integration"to guide the younger generation through social supervision to establish a correct concept of marriage and parenting,and take institutional measures such as"reducing burdens and pressure of childbirth and parenting"for the competitive parenting culture.
