口腔湿润度管理方案在神经外科危重症张口呼吸患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨口腔湿润度管理方案在神经外科危重症张口呼吸患者中的应用效果。方法采用方便抽样法,选取我院神经外科重症监护室2021年4月-2021年9月的30例患者作为观察组,采取口腔湿润度管理方案;选取2020年10月-2021年3月患者30例作为对照组,采取常规护理。比较2组患者口腔黏膜湿化效果、痰液黏稠度、护士操作时间成本和耗材费用成本。结果观察组患者口腔黏膜湿化效果优于对照组(χ^(2)=6.713,P=0.046),痰液黏稠度低于对照组(χ^(2)=5.871,P=0.048),观察组患者护士操作时间成本少于对照组(t=2.877,P=0.006),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者耗材费用成本差异均无统计学意义(t=0.694,P=0.490)。结论口腔湿润度管理方案有利于提高神经外科危重症张口呼吸患者口腔黏膜湿化效果,降低痰液黏稠度,节约护士操作时间成本。Objective To explore the application effect of moisture management program in neurosurgical critically ill patients with open-mouth breathing.Methods Using convenient sampling method,30 patients in the neurosurgical intensive care unit of our hospital from April 2021 to September 2021 were selected as as the experimental group,and oral moisture management program was adopted;30 patients from October 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the control group,and routine nursing was adopted.Humidification effect of Oral mucosa,sputum viscosity,nurses'operation time cost,and the cost of consumables were compared between the two groups.Results The humidification effect of oral mucosa in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(χ^(2)=6.713,P=0.046),the sputum viscosity in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(χ^(2)=5.871,P=0.048),the cost of nurses'operation time in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(t=2.877,P=0.006),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the cost of consumables between the two groups(t=0.694,P=0.490).Conclusion The use of oral moisture management program is beneficial to improve the humidification effect of oral mucosa,reduce the viscosity of sputum,and save nurses'operation time and cost in critically ill patients with mouth opening breathing in neurosurgery.
