摘  要:文章研究了10种常见的木质纤维素类废弃物(玉米秸秆、小麦秸秆、高粱秸秆、水稻秸秆、南瓜藤、地瓜藤、苦瓜藤、浮萍、猴菇渣、平菇渣)在175℃,30 min条件下的水热预处理效果,并开展了产甲烷潜力试验。结果表明:水热预处理后,10种废弃物的半纤维素含量均显著降低,但玉米秸秆、小麦秸秆、南瓜藤、地瓜藤和浮萍的产甲烷潜力并未得到显著提高;苦瓜藤、猴菇渣和平菇渣因水热处理后纤维素得到大幅降解,其产甲烷潜力分别提高了51%,30%和29%。通过能量平衡分析可知,对于中温37℃的厌氧发酵工艺,进行水热预处理需要多消耗大约977 kJ/kg的能量,即水热处理后物料的甲烷产量至少要比未水热处理的物料提高27.2 L/kg,才能够保持相同的能量收益。The hydrothermal pretreatment effects of 10 kinds of lignocellulose wastes(corn straw,wheat straw, sorghum straw, rice straw, pumpkin vine, sweet potato vine, balsam pear vine,duckweed, monkey mushroom residue and oyster mushroom residue) at 175 ℃ for 30 min were studied in this paper, and the biochemical methane potential was tested. The results showed that the hemicellulose contents of the 10 wastes were all significantly reduced after hydrothermal pretreatment, but the specific methane yield of corn straw, wheat straw, pumpkin vine, sweet potato vine and duckweed was not significantly increased. The cellulose was greatly degraded by hydrothermal treatment, and the specific methane yield was increased by 51%, 30% and 29%,respectively. Through the energy balance analysis, it can be seen that for the anaerobic digestion at the intermediate temperature of 37 ℃, the additional energy consumption of about 977 kJ/kg is required for the hydrothermal pretreatment, that is, the methane yield of the material after the hydrothermal treatment is increased by at least 27.2 L/kg compared with that of the material without the hydrothermal treatment, so that the same energy benefit can be maintained.
