苗瑶语族族群肌肉量及其与年龄的关系

摘　　要：为了解苗瑶语族族群肌肉量的特征及其与年龄的关系,测量了广西来宾市金秀县瑶族、广西桂林市恭城县瑶族、贵州丹寨县和雷山县苗族、福建福安市畲族共2003例(男性946例,女性1057例)成人的肌肉量等指标.结果表明:①畲族、苗族和来宾瑶族的肌肉量判断及身体各部位肌肉量均达到或略高于标准水平,桂林瑶族肌肉量判断及身体各部位肌肉量多低于标准水平.男性肌肉量大于女性.②随年龄增长,苗族男性四肢、躯干肌肉量没有出现规律性的下降,畲族、来宾瑶族、桂林瑶族男性四肢、躯干肌肉量都呈下降趋势.女性四肢肌肉量无明显的变化规律,躯干肌肉量呈下降趋势.总体来说,苗瑶语族肌肉量随年龄增长而下降.③在4个族群中,苗族男性、畲族女性的四肢肌肉相对发达.男性约30岁以后肌肉量逐渐减少.女性60岁以后肌肉量下降明显.④苗瑶语族族群肌肉发育水平逊于北方少数民族,与南方族群接近.苗瑶语族族群肌肉发育水平受遗传、经济发展水平以及年平均气温的影响.In order to learn the characteristics of muscle mass and its relationship with age in Miao-Yao language group,the muscle mass and other indicators of a total of 2003(946 males and 1057 females)adults of Miao-Yao language group were measured,including Yao in Laibin and Guilin,Guangxi Province,Miao in Danzhai and Leishan,Guizhou Province,and She in Fu′an,Fujian Province.The results were as follows:①The muscle mass judgment and the muscle mass of each part of She,Miao and Yao in Laibin reached or slightly exceeded the standard level,while those of Yao in Guilin were mostly below the standard level.Males had more muscle mass than females.②With the increase of age,there was no regular decrease in the muscle mass of limbs and trunk of males in Miao,while the muscle mass of limbs and trunk of males in She and Yao in Laibin,Yao in Guilin showed a regular linear decrease.There was no obvious change in the muscle mass of limbs of females,but the muscle mass of trunk of females showed a downward trend.The muscle mass of Miao-Yao language group decreased with age on the whole.③Among the four ethnic groups,the muscles of limbs of males in Miao and females in She were developed.The muscle mass of males gradually decreased after the age of about 30.The muscle mass of females decreased significantly after age 60.④The muscular development level of Miao-Yao language group is lower than that of the northern ethnic groups,and close to that of the southern ethnic groups.Muscular development of Miao-Yao language groups was influenced by heredity,current economic development level and annual average temperature.
