摘　　要：创新驱动战略背景下,科技创新和标准研制深度融合,标准信息知识服务需求大幅增加,随着标准数据资源开放获取的日益便捷,高校图书馆开展标准信息服务面临良好的发展机遇。在阐释标准信息内涵及其情报价值的基础上,结合高校图书馆开展标准信息服务的现状、存在问题分析,从积极寻求政策支持、科学定位服务方向、加强多元协作机制三个方面探讨高校图书馆开展标准信息服务的策略,提出构建知识化、精准化、联盟化高校图书馆标准信息服务体系的建议,以提升高校图书馆开展标准信息服务的专业性与有效性。In the context of the innovation-driven strategy, scientific and technological innovation and standard development are deeply integrated, and the demand for standard information knowledge services has increased significantly. With the increasing convenience of access to standard data resources, university libraries are facing good development opportunities for standard information services. On the basis of interpreting the connotation of standard information and its intelligence value, combining with the status quo and problem analysis of standard information services carried out by university libraries, this paper explores the optimization of universities library standard information service from three aspects: actively seeking policy support, scientifically orienting the service direction, and strengthening multiple collaboration mechanisms. And this paper puts forward suggestions for constructing a knowledge-based, precise, and alliance-based university library standard information service system, so as to enhance the professionalism and effectiveness of university libraries in developing standard information services.
