大开放背景下对我国语言战略的几点思考

摘　　要：在当今中国高水平大开放的时代背景下,研究语言战略具有重要的意义和作用。基于语言政策、语言规划和语言战略的相关研究,从提升语言政策和规划的战略高度、组建语言战略领导和研究机构、加强语言政策和法规建设、汉语国际教育和外语教育两手抓及掌控国际话语权五个方面进行了深入思考,提出我国语言战略发展规划的建议,以期更好地发挥语言战略在实现中华民族伟大复兴和构建人类命运共同体中的独特作用。Nowadays, China has entered the all-round, multi-tiered and wide-ranging opening-up era. In this situation, it is of great significance to make a study of China’s language strategy. Based on previous researches on language policy, language planning and language strategy, this paper make a discussion in the following aspects: raising language policy and planning to a national strategic level, establishing national leadership and research institutions on language strategy, studying and making language rules and laws, advancing international Chinese education and foreign language education, and striving for international speech priority. It’s expected that this study better play the unique role of language strategy in realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and building a community with a shared future for mankind.
