基于数据挖掘的中医药治疗眩晕症用药规律研究

摘　　要：基于方剂现代应用数据库,探讨古今治疗眩晕症方剂的用药及组方规律.摘录方剂现代应用数据库中主治疾病为眩晕、美尼尔氏综合征及梅尼埃病的中药方剂,运用频次分析、关联规则分析和因子分析等数据挖掘手段探究眩晕症治疗的组方规律.经筛选共得到有关方剂107首,涉及中药170味,累计使用938次.治疗眩晕症的核心中药主要有白术、泽泻、茯苓、甘草、半夏、天麻、川芎等,治疗眩晕症的中药多属补虚类、解表类、利水渗湿类;药性以寒、温为主;药味多见甘、苦、辛;且多入肝经、肺经和脾经.关联规则共得到药对组合10项,三味药组合18项,四味药组合7项;因子分析提取7个公因子.通过对眩晕治疗的有关方剂进行数据挖掘,发现了方剂中潜在的中药组方规律,明确了核心中药及治疗体现的治则治法,为眩晕症的临床治疗和用药提供了参考.In this paper,based on the modern application database of prescriptions,the medi⁃cation and composition rules of ancient and modern prescriptions for the treatment of vertigo are discussed.Extracting the traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in the modern application database and their main diseases are vertigo,meniere's syndrome and meniere's disease.By u⁃sing of the data mining methods such as frequency analysis,association rule analysis and factor analysis to explore the prescription law of vertigo treatment.After screening,a total of 107 pre⁃scriptions were obtained,involving 170 traditional Chinese medicines,which were used for 938 times.The core traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of vertigo mainly include atrac⁃tylodes macrocephala,alisma orientalis,poria cocos,licorice,pinellia ternata,gastrodia elata,ligusticum chuanxiong,etc.The traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of vertigo mostly belong to tonifying deficiency,relieving surface and promoting water and dampness.The properties are mainly cold and warm.The medicine tastes sweet,bitter and pungent,and mostly enter the liver meridian,lung meridian and spleen meridian.A total of 10 drug pair combinations,18 three drug combinations and 7 four drug combinations were obtained by asso⁃ciation rules.Seven common factors were extracted by factor analysis.Through data mining on the prescriptions related to the treatment of vertigo,the potential rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the prescriptions are found,and the treatment principles and methods embodied in the core traditional Chinese medicine and treatment are clarified,which provides a reference for the clinical treatment and medication of vertigo.
