摘  要:近年来,马拉松参与人数不断增加,但多数选手对马拉松运动无正确认识,使得运动损伤和事故频发.通过对马拉松的项目特征和生理特点进行分析,总结出马拉松运动中的能量保障、电解质平衡、体温调节、氧化应激缓解、胃肠道不适调整等问题的营养支持策略,以及甜菜根汁、咖啡因等运动营养补剂的针对性使用策略,以提高专业运动员的比赛成绩,降低业余选手的运动相关损伤,全面提高运动员身体机能,避免极端事故发生,并为从业者提供营养补充建议.In recent years,the number of Marathon participants has been increasing,but most athletes do not have a correct understanding of marathon,resulting in frequent sports injuries and accidents.In this paper,through the analysis of the project characteristics and physiological characteristics of marathon,the nutritional support strategies for energy guarantee,electrolyte balance,temperature regulation,oxidative stress relief,gastrointestinal discomfort adjustment and other problems in marathon,as well as the targeted use strategies of sports nu⁃tritional supplements such as beetroot juice and coffee are summarized,so as to improve the competition performance of professional athletes and reduce the sports related injuries of ama⁃teurs,and improve the physical function of athletes comprehensively,avoid extreme accidents,and provide nutritional supplement suggestions for practitioners.
