摘 要:随着我国城市化进程的推进,建设用地日益紧张,建筑密度日益增大,建筑施工过程中场地严重受限的情况屡见不鲜,不少地下室外墙只能贴线而建。狭窄的作业空间严重影响了地下室外墙的防水施工,对建设工程的防水效果产生严重影响。因此,有必要对目前狭窄空间下地下室外墙防水技术在工程中的应用及其效果进行分析探讨。本文以执信中学教育国际交流与合作试验基地建设工程地下室防水工程实际应用为例,同时结合其他狭窄空间下地下室防水施工技术,对不同防水施工技术的应用条件、防水效果进行分析、归纳和总结,为今后狭窄空间下地下室外墙防水施工提供借鉴和参考。With the advancement of urbanization in China,urban construction land is increasingly scarce and the building density is increasing,which makes which makes it common for the site to be severely limited in the process of construction,and many basement exterior walls can only be built along lines.The narrow working space seriously affects the waterproof construction of the basement exterior wall,and then has a serious impact on the waterproof effect of the construction project.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the application and effect of the waterproof technology of basement exterior wall in engineering in narrow space.This paper takes the practical application of the basement waterproofing project in the construction project of Zhixin Middle School Education International Exchange and Cooperation Test Base as an example,and combines other basement waterproofing construction technologies in narrow spaces to analyze and summarize the application conditions and waterproof effects of different waterproof construction technologies,and provides reference for the waterproof construction of basement exterior walls in narrow spaces in the future.
