摘 要:目前矩形顶管法施工技术在理论研究、设备研发、施工工艺和质量控制等方面已相对成熟,随着城市快速发展对地下空间开发利用需求的提升,未来将是车行隧道、过街通道、综合管廊、电力隧道等市政工程建设项目的首选手段,具有非常好的推广应用基础和前景。本文从工程设计、设备、施工角度阐述了矩形顶管法隧道工程技术的发展情况,随着相关技术标准逐步完善,现代化掘进设备研制水平不断提高,掘进能力和适用范围不断拓展,施工经验不断积累与提升,工程规模和技术方面也在不断突破和创新,表明矩形顶管技术将不断向长距离、大断面、复杂环境等方向发展,进一步凝练了矩形顶管法施工技术的发展趋势,为我国隧道工程施工提供技术保障与理论参考。At present,the construction technology of rectangular pipe jacking method has been relatively mature in theoretical research,equipment development,construction technology and quality control.In the future,with the increase of demand for underground space development and utilization in the rapid development of cities,the construction technology of rectangular pipe jacking method will be the preferred means of municipal engineering construction projects such as vehicle tunnel,crossing tunnel,integrated pipe gallery and power tunnel,which has a good foundation and prospect for popularization and application.This paper explained the development of rectangular pipe jacking tunnel engineering technology from the perspective of engineering design,equipment and construction.The relevant technical standards were gradually improved,and the development level of modern tunneling equipment was increasing,.The capacity and scope of tunneling equipment were expanding,and the construction experience was being accumulated and promoted.Engineering scale and technology were also constantly breaked through and innovated.It showed that rectangular pipe jacking technology would continue to develop in the direction of long distance,large section and complex environment.The future development trend of rectangular pipe jacking technology is also summarized,which provides technical guarantee and theoretical reference for tunnel construction.
