预见性护理在癫痫患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨预见性护理干预在癫痫患者中的应用效果。方法便利选取2019年1月—12月德阳市人民医院收治的68例癫痫患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各34例。对照组行神经内科常规护理,观察组给予预见性护理,对2组患者认知功能、焦虑与抑郁情绪、不良事件发生率以及护理满意度进行评价。结果观察组认知功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理能够有效促进癫痫患者认知功能恢复,有效改善其心理健康,提升护理满意度,降低并发症发生率,适宜在临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing intervention in patients with epilepsy.Methods A total of 68 patients with epilepsy admitted to our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were admitted to the hospital.The control group was given neurology regular care,and the observation group was given predictive care.The two groups of patients were evaluated for cognitive function,anxiety and depression,the incidence of adverse events,and nursing satisfaction.Results The observation group’s cognitive function score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the anxiety and depression scores were lower than the control group(P<0.05);nursing satisfaction The degree of complication was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing can effectively promote the recovery of patients’cognitive function,improve the mental health of patients,increase the satisfaction of patients with nursing,and reduce the incidence of complications.It is suitable for clinical promotion.
