摘　　要：目的探讨微信APP随访对未足月新生儿生长发育情况及行为评估量表(NBNA)评分的影响。方法纳入中山市南方医科大学附属小榄人民医院2019年1月—12月80例未足月新生儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组以及研究组,出院时对照组采用常规的健康指导和电话随访,研究组予微信APP随访,对比2组随访结果。结果出生时,2组生长发育数据无显著差异(P>0.05);纠正胎龄40周时,研究组的身长、头围、体质量等均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。纠正胎龄40周时神经发育行为对比,研究组的行为能力、原始反射、主动肌张力、被动肌张力、一般反应评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的住院时长低于对照组,NBNA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的门诊就诊率和再次入院率低于对照组,体格达标率、家长满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过微信APP随访,能够有效提升家属对于相关知识的了解程度,进一步改善未足月新生儿的生长发育情况。Objective To explore the influence of WeChat APP follow-up on the growth and development of preterm newborns and the scores of NBNA.Methods 120 preterm newborns in our hospital from January 2019 to Dec 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into control group and study group.The control group received routine health guidance and telephone follow-up when discharged from hospital,while the study group was followed up by WeChat APP,and the follow-up results of the two groups were compared.Results At birth,there was no significant difference in growth and development data between the two groups(P>0.05).After 40 weeks of gestational age correction,the body length,head circumference and body weight of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Correcting the comparison of neural development behavior at 40 weeks of gestational age,the scores of behavioral ability,primary reflex,active muscle tone,passive muscle tone and general reaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and NBNA score was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The outpatient visit rate and readmission rate of patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the physical compliance rate and parents'satisfaction rate were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Follow-up through WeChat APP can effectively improve the family members'understanding of neonatal knowledge and further improve the growth and development of preterm newborns.
