摘　　要：目的探讨标准化作业流程对消毒供应室质量管理的影响。方法选择2020年1月—2021年1月和2021年1月—2022年1月两个时间段内百色市妇幼保健院消毒供应室的工作情况(包括工作人员42人次,1万件包装物品)进行研究,并依次设为常规组和研究组。常规组实施常规管理,研究组实施标准化作业流程管理,比较2组工作人员的工作效率、工作质量评分及对消毒供应室服务满意度、包装物品的管理质量。并选取两个时间段各160例住院患者,统计医院感染率。结果相比常规组,研究组的责任心、主动性、专业知识水平、技能操作水平评分显著更高(P<0.05)。相比常规组,研究组的环境管理、设备管理(清洗流程和器械拆装方法)、清洗质量和包装质量评分显著更高(P<0.05)。常规组服务满意度为83.33%,研究组为97.62%,差异显著(P<0.05)。相比常规组,研究组的包装物品的护理缺陷率显著更低,物品清洗合格率、包装规范正确率、消毒灭菌合格率、发放环节合格率显著更高(P<0.05)。研究组的住院患者医院感染率为1.88%,明显低于常规组的9.38%(P<0.05)。结论对消毒供应室应用标准化作业流程进行管理,可显著改善工作人员的工作效率、工作质量,提高对消毒供应室服务满意度及包装物的管理质量,降低住院患者医院感染率,值得推广。Objective To explore the impact of standardized operation process on the quality management of disinfection supply room.Methods The working conditions of the disinfection supply room of our hospital(including 42staff times and 10000 packaging items)in the two time periods of 2020.1-2021.1 and 2021.1-2022.1 were selected for research,and they were named as the routine group and the research group in turn.The routine group implements routine management,and the research group implements standardized operation process management.The work efficiency,work quality score,service satisfaction of disinfection supply room and the management quality of packaging goods of the two groups were compared.160 inpatients in two time periods were selected to count the nosocomial infection rate.Results Compared with the routine group,the scores of responsibility,initiative,professional knowledge level and skill operation level in the study group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with the conventional group,the scores of environmental management,equipment management(cleaning process and equipment disassembly method),cleaning quality and packaging quality in the study group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with 83.33%in the routine group,the service and nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.62%,which was significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with the routine group,the nursing defect rate of packaged goods in the study group was significantly lower,and the qualified rate of cleaning,packaging specification,disinfection and sterilization and distribution were significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with 9.38%in the routine group,the nosocomial infection rate of inpatients in the study group was 1.88%,which was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized operation process in the management of disinfection supply room can significantly improve the work efficiency and quality of staff,improve the service satisfaction of disinfection supply room and the management quality of packaging,and
