摘 要:该文研究并应用激光散斑衬比成像技术检测脑血管血流及其组织灌注量的变化情况。首先,通过仿体实验验证激光散斑衬比成像技术对不同血流速度的分辨能力,发现15 ms的相机曝光时间对于流速在1.7~6.8 mm/s范围内的血流成像检测是合适的。同时验证改进的时间衬比分析方法对血流分布图像可视化的改善作用。然后将该技术应用于亚低温对大鼠脑血流的影响实验中。实验结果表明,亚低温状态下大鼠脑血流流速相较于正常体温下降约37.98%,激光散斑衬比成像技术可有效检测出亚低温对大鼠脑血流的抑制作用,这对研究亚低温脑保护机制有积极意义。In this paper,laser speckle contrast imaging was studied and applied to detect the changes of cerebrovascular blood flow and tissue perfusion.First,the resolution capability of laser speckle contrast imaging for different blood flow velocities was verified by phantom experiments,and it was found that the camera exposure time of 15 ms was suitable for blood flow imaging detection with flow velocity in the range of 1.7~6.8 mm/s.The improved effect of the improved temporal contrast analysis method on the visualization of blood flow distribution images was verified.Then the technology was applied to the experiment of the effect of mild hypothermia on cerebral blood flow in rats.The experimental results showed that the cerebral blood flow velocity of rats under mild hypothermia decreased by about 37.98%compared with normal body temperature.Laser speckle contrast imaging can effectively detect the inhibitory effect of mild hypothermia on cerebral blood flow in rats,which has positive significance for the study of the protective mechanism of mild hypothermia.
