热处理工艺对无碱玻璃纤维基布性能的影响

摘　　要：玻璃纤维拉丝过程中,需要在表面涂覆浸润剂改善玻璃纤维原丝在后道工序的加工性能,而织成的玻璃纤维基布在与树脂复合前,一般要通过热处理工序清洗掉玻璃纤维中的浸润剂含量,提高玻璃纤维与树脂的界面黏结性,使玻璃纤维基布与树脂、橡胶和其他物质很好地黏合。该文无碱玻璃纤维基布采用石蜡型浸润剂,通过对不同温度和时间条件下热处理后玻璃纤维基布的拉伸强力、可燃物含量和白度等指标讨论分析,结合实际生产效率等因素,建议批量生产时热处理工艺为温度400℃,时间19 h左右。In the process of glass fiber drawing,it is necessary to apply sizing agent on the surface to improve the processability of glass fiber precursor in the later process,and before the woven glass fiber base cloth is combined with resin,it is generally necessary to remove the content of sizing agent in glass fiber through heat treatment process to improve the interfacial adhesion between glass fiber and resin,so that the glass fiber base cloth has a good adhesion with resin,rubber and other substances.In this paper,the alkali-free glass fiber base cloth is made of paraffin sizing agent.through the discussion and analysis of the tensile strength,combustible content and whiteness of the glass fiber base cloth after heat treatment at different temperatures and times,combined with the actual production efficiency and other factors,it is suggested that the heat treatment process should be 400℃for about 19 hours in batch production.
