摘 要:目前,反窃电的主要手段是通过电力信息采集系统来监控线路损耗、用户表计的电流、电压和电量,一旦发现异常,立即组织人员前往现场进行检查,但这种方法实时性差、工作量大,对一些专业性窃电会束手无策。该文根据大数据技术下的电力市场用电评估资料,对电力用户的用电量进行深入分析,在电力数据不正常的情况下,经过细致分析,找到窃电的用户,提高防窃电工作的质量。该文从系统设置原理、系统逻辑结构和物理结构等方面进行详细设计,详细介绍系统所采用主要技术和测试结果。At present,the main means of electricity theft prevention is to monitor the line loss,the current,voltage,and electricity of the user's meter through the power information acquisition system.Once an abnormality is found,personnel will be immediately sent to the site for inspection,but this method has poor real-time performance,the workload is heavy,and some professional electricity theft will be helpless.Based on the electricity consumption evaluation data of the electricity market under the big data technology,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the electricity consumption of electricity users.In the case of abnormal electricity data,after careful analysis,the users who steal electricity are found,whichcan improve the quality of anti-theft work.This paper makes a detailed design from the system setting principle,system logic structure,physical structure,etc.,and introduces the main technology and test results of the system in detail.
