摘　　要：人类命运共同体是一种价值观与全球治理观,是我国为解决全球性问题提出的“中国方案”。人类命运共同体意识与我国文化相通,彰显着国际法治观,指引着我国的对外交往。恐怖主义犯罪、腐败犯罪是国际社会的公害问题,对其治理要加强国际合作。普遍安全是人类命运共同体思想的几大支柱之一,加强反恐国际合作促进了普遍安全的世界的构建。近年来,我们完善国内反恐立法,并在多层面开展反恐国际合作,提升了反恐的效果。腐败犯罪侵占公共财产,在客观上减缓了人类共同利益的提升。为了治理腐败犯罪,我们进一步严密反腐败法网,在国际舞台为追逃追赃发声并行动,我国的做法得到国际社会配合支持和充分肯定。推动刑事司法领域国际合作,既是我国治理能力现代化的体现,也是为了人类社会未来发展的正义之举。A community with a shared future for mankind is a value and a concept of global governance,a“Chinese solution”proposed by China to solve global problems.The sense of a community with a shared future for mankind is connected with Chinese culture,which manifests the concept of international rule of law and guides our foreign relations.The crimes of terrorism and corruption are public hazards of the international community,and international cooperation should be strengthened in their management.Universal security is one of the several pillars of the idea of a community with a shared future for mankind,and strengthening international cooperation in counter-terrorism promotes the construction of a world of universal security.In recent years,we have im-proved domestic counter-terrorism legislation and launched international cooperation on counter-terrorism at multiple levels to enhance the effectiveness of counter-terrorism.The crime of corruption appropriates public property and objectively slows down the enhancement of common human interests.In order to combat corruption crimes,we have further tightened the anticorruption legal net and spoken out and acted for fugitive repatriation and asset recovery in the international arena,and our approach has received cooperation support and full recognition from theinternational community.Promoting international cooperation in the field of criminal justice is not only a reflection of our modernization of governance capacity,but also an act of justice for the future develop-ment of human society.
