摘　　要：本文以滤袋脉冲除尘器作为研究对象,研究分析了电磁阀喷吹时间、喷吹间隔对滤袋清洁度的影响。通过工艺优化在最大程度保障滤袋清洁度,提升滤袋使用寿命,减少箱体粉尘堆积的同时,兼顾电磁脉冲阀的使用寿命,从而最大限度的降低生产使用成本。In this paper, pulse filter bag as the research object, studying and analyzing the electromagnetic valve blowing time, spraying interval on the filter bag cleanliness. Through process optimization, the cleanliness of the filter bag is guaranteed to the greatest extent, the service life of the filter bag is improved, the dust accumulation of the box is reduced, and the service life of the electromagnetic pulse valve is taken into account, so as to reduce the production and use cost to the greatest extent.
