摘 要:以生物质腰果酚为原料,合成2种磺酸盐表面活性剂:腰果酚磺酸盐和腰果酚七甲基三硅氧烷磺酸盐。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对产物进行结构表征,并在(25±0.2)℃下对2种物质进行表面张力性能测定。考察质量浓度为1 g/L时2种表面活性剂的润湿性以及不同浓度下2种磺酸盐表面活性剂的泡沫、乳化、增溶性能。结果表明:腰果酚磺酸盐具有较好的水溶性、较低的起泡性和较强的增溶性,腰果酚七甲基三硅氧烷磺酸盐对玉米油的乳化效果更佳。Two sulfonate surfactants,cardanol sulfonate and cardanol heptamethyltrisiloxane sulfonate,were synthesized from biomass cardanol. The structure of the two products was characterized by FT-IR,and the surface tension properties were measured at(25±0.2)℃. The wettability of the two surfactants at 1 g/L was investigated. The foaming,emulsifying and solubilizing properties of the two surfactants at different concentrations were investigated. Results showed that cardanol sulfonate had good water solubility,low foaming and strong solubilization,and cardanol heptamethyltrisiloxane sulfonate had better emulsifying effect on corn oil.
