摘 要:5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)是一种重要的生物基化学品。为了能以低成本方式提高其生产效率,建立一种在低沸点极性非质子溶剂中金属氯化物催化纤维素降解制备5-HMF的高效催化体系,并利用无机盐NaCl为相转移促进剂,加速产物5-HMF从水相向有机相转移,减少其过度降解。结果表明:以10 mmol/L的AlCl为催化剂,水与THF体积比为1∶3,NaCl与纤维素质量比为0.6,在190℃下反应20 min,纤维素转化率为90.5%,降解得到5-HMF的产率可达60.36%。5-hydroxymethylfurfural(5-HMF)is an important bio-based chemical. In order to improve its production efficiency with low cost,a high-performance catalytic system for the preparation of 5-HMF from cellulose degradation catalyzed by metal chloride in low-boiling polar protic solvent was established In addition,inorganic salt NaCl was applied as a phase transfer promoter to accelerate the transfer of 5-HMF from the aqueous phase to the organic phase,reducing its excessive degradation. The results indicated that cellulose conversion of 90.5% and 5-HMF yield of 60.36% could be achieved by using 10 mmol/L AlClas catalyst and reacting in a mixed solvent system composed by water and THF(volume ratio of 1∶3)at 190 ℃ for 20 min,with the addition of 0.6 mass ratio of NaCl to cellulose.
