摘 要:近年来,新发衣原体感染持续增多,衣原体的分类也在不断更新。新发衣原体是以鸟类和爬行动物为主要样本,通过生物信息学序列比对分析发现的新物种,具有致病性和人兽共患风险。了解新发衣原体生物学特征对预防人兽共患传染病尤为重要,现就衣原体分类的新进展,以及新发衣原体生物学和流行病学特征作一概述,以期为衣原体的新发感染提供最新见解,为临床诊断提供新的思路。At present,emerging Chlamydia infections continue to increase,and the taxonomy of Chlamydia is constantly updated.Emerging Chlamydia species are mainly sampled from birds and reptiles based on sequence alignment in bioinformatics,and have identified as zoonotic pathogens.Understanding the biological characteristics of emerging Chlamydia is very important for preventing zoonotic infectious disease.In this review,the new progresses of Chlamydia classification,as well as the biological and epidemiological characteristics of emerging Chlamydia are summarized in order to provide some new insights for infections of emerging Chlamydia and offer valuable ideas for clinical diagnosis.
