摘　　要：目前,城镇流动人口健康档案的建立已成为“健康中国”建设背景下,推进国家基本公共卫生服务均等化和普及化的重要议题。而在当前城镇流动人口健康档案建档率普遍较低的现状下,引入社区复原力理论,探讨社区通过提供宣传教育支持、信息沟通支持、社会支持和协助信息化建档共享平台的建设助力城镇流动人口建立健康档案,期望有助于提高我国城镇流动人口健康档案的建档水平。At present,the establishment of urban floating population health archives has become an important topic in promoting the popularization and equalization of national basic public health services under the background of China’s“Healthy China”construction.Under the current situation that the health archives filing rate of urban floating population is generally low,the theory of community resilience is introduced to discuss that community should help urban floating population establish health archives by providing publicity and education support,information communication support,social support and assisting the construction of information-based archives sharing platforms.It is expected to help improve the filing level of health archives of urban floating population in China.
