基于知识管理的企业档案资源体系构建探究

摘　　要：企业档案资源是国家档案资源体系的重要组成部分。当前社会各界对企业档案资源体系建设的关注度越来越高,而知识管理理论也为企业构建档案资源体系带来思路创新的突破口。文章首先分析企业档案具有的侧重自主管理、知识挖掘有限、社会化共享程度低等一般性特征;其次提出构建档案资源体系三个目标导向:提升企业治理现代化水平、助力企业增强市场软竞争力、推进企业档案管理模式转型;最后从资源、利用、保障三个层面提供具体的体系构建实践路径。Enterprise archives resource is an important part of the national archives resource system.Currently various social circles are paying more and more attention to enterprise archives resource system construction,and the knowledge management theory brings breakthrough to ideas innovation for enterprises to build the archives resource system.Firstly,the paper analyzes the general characteristics of enterprise archives,such as focusing on self-management,limited knowledge mining and low social sharing.Then it proposes three goals to build the archives resource system:to enhance the modernization level of enterprise governance,to help enterprises enhance the soft competitiveness in the market,and to promote the transformation of enterprise archives management mode.Finally it provides concrete system construction practice paths from the three levels of resources,utilization and guarantee.
