摘　　要：疫情防控常态化背景下,社交方式发生巨大变化,传统档案利用方式无法适应新形势的要求。移动互联网技术和社交媒体的普及,为高校档案工作者探索健康安全的、无接触式的档案利用服务方式提供了条件。但因社交媒体与自媒体具有自主性、开放性、交互性,在借助互联网技术及社交媒体开展档案利用工作时,也呈现出很多新特点,这要求高校档案部门创新档案利用方式,以适应新形势下人们利用档案的需要。Under the background of epidemic prevention and control normalization,social communication has changed greatly,and the traditional ways of archives utilization cannot adapt to the requirements of the new situation.The popularization of mobile Internet technology and social media provides conditions for archivists in colleges and universities to explore healthy,safe and non-contact archives utilization service.However,because social media and we media are independent,open and interactive,there are many new characteristics when using archives with the help of Internet technology and social media,which requires archives departments in colleges and universities to innovate the ways of using archives to meet the needs of archives users in the new situation.
