摘　　要：《中国丛报》(The Chinese Repository,1832—1851)连载美国遣华基督新教传教士医师伯驾从1836—1850年撰述的15份《广州眼科医局季度报告》。15份报告分别统计了广州眼科医局当期接诊各类疾病的患者人数,并详细记述了个别疑难病症的诊治情况。受历史条件的限制,伯驾在15份广州眼科医局季度报告中所采纳的疾病分类计量标准前后不统一,在某些疾病计量方面存在缺陷。本文按照第11~15份报告的疾病分科方法对所有报告记录的疾病重新分科,对各科疾病重新进行计量统计,为研究眼科医局发展史、早期西医入华史以及国际疾病分类的早期历史提供史料佐证。The Quarterly Reports of the Ophthalmic Hospital at Canton written by Rev.Peter Parker,an American protestant missionary in China,were serialised in The Chinese Repository from 1836 to 1850.Each report provided the number of patients treated in the corresponding period and described in detail the treatment of diseases which were difficult to deal with.However,due to historical conditions,these reports were inconsistent in terms of the disease classification standards,let alone the statistical deficiencies.This paper aims to regroup the diseases recorded in the 15 reports according to the classification from the eleventh to fifteenth report and recount the patient number of each disease systematically in different periods,with reliable historical data to support such relevant studies as the history of the Ophthalmic Hospital at Canton and the introduction of Western Medicine into China and the development of International Classification of Diseases.
