五行音乐之角调治疗肝郁血瘀型斑块状银屑病临床疗效及对血清白细胞介素2、皮质醇的影响

摘　　要：目的观察五行音乐之角调治疗肝郁血瘀型斑块状银屑病的临床疗效及对血清白细胞介素2(IL-2)、皮质醇(Cor)的影响。方法将60例肝郁血瘀型斑块状银屑病患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用阿维A胶囊口服及窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予五行音乐之角调干预。2周为1个疗程,共治疗4个疗程。比较2组治疗前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分及血清IL-2、Cor水平;比较2组治疗后的临床疗效。结果与本组治疗前比较,治疗后2组患者SAS评分、SDS评分、PASI评分、DLQI各问题评分和总分及血清IL-2、Cor水平均降低(P<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为96.67%(29/30),对照组为76.67%(23/30),观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论五行音乐之角调可改善肝郁血瘀型斑块状银屑病患者心理健康状况,提高生活质量,改善皮损,提高临床疗效,并可降低患者血清IL-2、Cor水平。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiao Tune of TCM Five-Element Music for plaque psoriasis(liver depression and blood stasis)and how it impacts on serum interleukin-2(IL-2)and cortisol(Cor).Methods Totally 60 patients with plaque psoriasis(liver depression and blood stasis)were randomly assigned into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).All patients were managed by oral Avi A capsule and radiation therapy(RT)with narrow-band ultraviolet B(NB-UVB),and those in the observation group were additionally treated with the Jiao Tune of TCM Five-Element Music.The treatment continued for 4 courses(1 course for 2 weeks),the aim was to compare self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depressive scale(SDS),psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)scores,Dermatology Life Questionnaire Index(DLQI),serum IL-2,Cor;the curative effect was assessed.Results After treatment,SAS,SDS,PASI,DLQI,IL-2,Cor in groups were decreased(P<0.05),which in the observation group was more common(P<0.05).The overall effective rate was 96.67%(29/30)in the observation group,higher than that of 76.67%(23/30)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with plaque psoriasis(liver depression and blood stasis),Jiao Tune of TCM Five-Element Music can improve mental health status and quality-of-life,improve skin lesions,improve clinical efficacy,and reduce IL-2 and Cor levels.
