摘 要:空间定位、多工种非同期多关系预演及多尺度下的强度与刚度控制是大倾角高塔柱施工的关键难题。有限元方法(FEM)是一种求解连续场问题的数值方法,而建筑信息模型(BIM)技术是以工程各项相关信息数据为基础建立的动态信息库及其展示。基于两者,介绍了一种用于解决大倾角高塔柱建造的BIM+FEM联合智能建造技术,其通过建立全域施工阶段模型并进行分析,将分析结果输入BIM模型数据库,能够有效地解决塔柱模板系统架设和运行困难、线性与变形控制困难等问题,从而保证了桥塔施工过程安全可靠,提高了施工质量与效率。The key challenge in the construction of high tower columns with large dip angle are spatial positioning,non-synchronous and multi relationship rehearsal of various types of work and strength and stiffness control under multi-scale.Finite element method(FEM)is a numerical method for solving continuous field problems,and building information model(BIM)technology is a dynamic information base and its display based on the relevant information data of the project.Based on the two elements mentioned above,a BIM+FEM combined intelligent construction technology is introduced to solve the construction of high tower column with large dip angle.By establishing and analyzing the whole construction stage model,and inputting the analysis results into the BIM model database,it can effectively solve the problems such as the difficulty in erection and operation of the tower column formwork system,the difficulty in linear and deformation control,etc.,thus ensuring the safety and reliability of the bridge tower construction process and improving the construction quality and efficiency.
