摘　　要：韩印关系自冷战结束以来一直保持着友好合作的主基调,并在近年来推进“战略对接”的现实需求与内在动力以及美国“印太战略”的强化布局与外力作用之下,实现了“特别战略伙伴关系”内涵的再丰富与实践的再升级。对韩国而言,近年来强化对印合作与政策布局基于缓冲域内大国博弈、开发军售市场潜力、确保产业链优势地位以及提升民间交往韧性等多重战略考量,并在战略与政治、安全与防务、经贸与科技以及人文与社会等四大领域全面加大对印政策布局的力度与深度,充分发挥高层交往特别是首脑外交的作用以提升战略协调水平,稳步推进海洋安全与国防产业议题的对接与合作,在提振经贸压舱石作用的同时着力提升高科技产业的供应链安全指数,并在强化人文纽带与文化输出力度方面注入全新动力。随着尹锡悦新政府的执政,在中韩关系趋紧、韩美同盟重塑的对外战略总态势下,作为美国“印太战略”正式成员与重要合作伙伴的韩印两国,将在较大程度上出于牵制中国的共同需求而相互走近。韩印关系的未来走向、韩印合作的实践效能取决于美韩印三边互动效果以及美国主导下的印太多层战略架构的运转演进态势。鉴于此,我国应高度关注韩印两国不断增强的战略配合与安全互动趋势并予以有效应对。Since the end of the Cold War,South Korea-India relations have maintained the main tone of friendly cooperation,and in recent years,under the practical needs and internal motivation of promoting“strategic docking”and the strengthened layout and external forces of the U.S.“Indo-Pacific Strategy”,the Re-enrichment of the connotation of special strategic partnership has been realized.For South Korea,in recent years,the strengthening of cooperation and policy layout with India has been based on multiple strategic considerations such as the game between major powers in the buffer zone,developing the potential of the arms sales market,ensuring the dominant position of the industrial chain,and improving the resilience of people-to-people exchanges.The intensity and depth of the policy layout towards India will be comprehensively strengthened in the four major areas like economy,trade and technology,and humanities and society,giving full play to the role of high-level exchanges,especially summit diplomacy,to improve the level of strategic coordination,steadily promote the docking of maritime security and national defense industry issues,boost the role of economic and trade ballast,focus on improving the supply chain security index of high-tech industries,and inject new impetus in strengthening cultural bonds and cultural output.With the new government of Yoon Suk-yeol in power,South Korea and India,as the official members and important partners of the U.S.“Indo-Pacific Strategy”,to a large extent,will walk close to each other due to the common needs of containing China.The trend of South Korea-India relations and the practical effectiveness of South Korea-India cooperation in the future depend on the effect of the trilateral interaction among the U.S.,South Korea and India,as well as the operation and evolution of the multi-layered strategic structure of India under the leadership of the U.S..In view of this,we should pay close attention to the ever-increasing trend of strategic cooperation and security inter
