摘 要:为了解决聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)微纤维对陆地和海洋环境污染问题,文章通过静电纺丝和水热法等制备的柔性多晶型磷化镍/二氧化钛/碳(Ni_(2)P-NiP_(2)/TiO_(2)/C)纳米纤维膜为光催化剂,在太阳能作用下将PET微纤维悬浮液转化为有机小分子,同时产生绿色能源H_(2)。研究结果显示:连续均匀的纳米纤维中嵌入TiO_(2)纳米颗粒,Ni_(2)P-NiP_(2)包覆在TiO_(2)/C纳米纤维表面。该纳米纤维膜具有良好的柔韧性和优异的光吸收性能,在碱性水溶液条件下可将PET纤维降解为有机小分子,同时水解产生H_(2)。此外,柔性Ni_(2)P-NiP_(2)/TiO_(2)/C纳米纤维膜易从溶液中分离出来,可以回收利用,多次循环回收后仍能保持稳定的析氢性能。此举将一种廉价且可回收的复合光催化剂应用于废弃PET纤维的回收再利用,同时为绿色制氢提供了参考。Owing to the light weight,high durability,and low costs,plastics are ubiquitous in consumer goods worldwide.However,with a rapid generation rate and a low recycling rate,most plastics are accumulated in landfills and natural environments.In particular,polyethylene terephthalate(PET)is widely used for fiber production in the textile sector.Besides,PET suspensions from industrial production waste streams and microplastics from the decomposition of PET waste in the environment have gently entered the human food system.For instance,seafood,tea,and vegetables have posed nonnegligible threat to food safety and agricultural sustainability.What’s worse,plastic polymers have been detected in the blood of humans in the latest study in 2022.Unfortunately,some common chemical processes for PET degradation such as hydrolysis,methanolysis and glycolysis require the use of extensive solvent and degradation agents,the reaction pressure is high and oligomeric side products emerging after these processes are often laborious to separate.Recently,the utilization of solar light reforming technology has emerged as an attractive strategy to deconstruct PET.To solve the ecological pollution problem of non-degradable PET,TiO_(2)/Pt photocatalysts,CdS/CdO_(x) quantum dots and CN_(x)/Ni_(2)P photocatalysts have been used to convert waste PET into valuable chemicals while hydrolyzing to produce H_(2) under the driving of sunlight.However,these catalysts have defects such as high price,toxicity,difficulty in recycling and secondary pollution.Therefore,in this paper,electrostatically spun nanofiber films are used as the substrate.Cheap,environmentally friendly,efficient and stable and recyclable polycrystalline nickel phosphide/titanium dioxide/carbon(Ni_(2)P-NiP_(2)/TiO_(2)/C)nanofiber film photocatalysts are prepared by heat treatment,hydrothermal method and phosphate treatment.It is shown that the unique fiber structure of the electrostatically spun nanofiber film provides excellent flexibility for the catalyst and also provides a high-q
