强直性脊柱炎患者血清IL-35、IL-17的临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究血清白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-35(IL-35)水平检测对强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者的临床意义。方法采用回顾性分析方法,以2020年1月至2021年1月入院的62例AS患者为研究对象,设为研究组,以同期入院进行体检的62例健康者为对照组。2组均于清晨空腹时采集肘静脉血,离心半径、转速分别为15 cm、3000 r/min,离心15 min后分离血清,超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)选取散射比浊法测定,红细胞沉降率(ESR)选取魏氏法测定,血清IL-35、IL-17选取酶联免疫吸附法测定。比较2组血清hs-CRP、ESR、IL-17及IL-35水平,并选取Pearson相关分析法分析AS患者血清IL-17、IL-35水平与Bath As疾病活动指数评分表(BASDAI)评分、hs-CRP、ESR水平之间的关系。结果研究组血清Hs-CRP、ESR水平较对照组更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组血清IL-17水平高于对照组,IL-35水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。AS患者血清IL-35水平与IL-17、BASDAI评分、Hs-CRP、ESR水平呈负相关(r值分别为-0.352、-0.326、-0.287、-0.348,P<0.01);血清IL-17水平与BASDAI评分、Hs-CRP、ESR水平呈正相关(r依次为0.478、0.357、0.478,P<0.01)。结论AS患者血清IL-35水平与IL-17水平呈负相关性,且血清IL-17、IL-35水平与疾病活动、炎性活动指标变化密切相关,可用于监测AS疾病活动度。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum levels of interleukin-17(IL-17)and interleukin-35(IL-35)in patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods A total of 62 patients with AS who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were enrolled as research group,at the same time,the other 62 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination were enrolled as control group.The levels of Hs-CRP were detected by scattering turbidimetric method;erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)was determined by Widman’s method.The serum levels IL-35 and IL-17 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent method,and the serum levels of hs-CRP,ESR,IL-17,and IL-35 were observed and compared between the two groups.Moreover Pearson correlation analysis was performed to analyze the correlation among the serum levels of IL-17,IL-35 and BASDAI scores,hs-CRP,and ESR levels in patients with AS.Results The serum levels of hs-CRP,ESR and IL-17 in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),however,the serum levels of IL-17 in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of IL-35 in patients with AS were negatively correlated with those of IL-17,BASDAI score,hs-CRP,and ESR levels(P<0.01),however,the serum levels of IL-17 were positively correlated with BASDAI score,Hs-CRP,and ESR level(P<0.01).Conclusion The serum levels of IL-35 in patients with AS are negatively correlated with those of IL-17,moreover,the serum levels IL-17 and IL-35 are closely related to the changes of disease activity and inflammatory activity indicators,which can be used to monitor AS disease activity.
