触摸干预联合核心温度冲洗液在预防前列腺电切术患者膀胱痉挛中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的对触摸护理联合核心温度冲洗液在预防前列腺电切术患者膀胱痉挛中的应用效果展开深入分析。方法2019年6月至2020年6月收治的90例前列腺电切术患者分为对照组(n=45,常规护理)和观察组(n=45,触摸护理联合核心温度冲洗液),比较2组患者并发症率、前列腺症状评分、冲洗情况(冲洗液用量、冲洗时血压变化等)及消化功能。结果观察组术后并发症发生率(7.44%)低于对照组的(17.78%)(P<0.05);且观察组患者IPSS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者冲洗液用量、冲洗时间、血凝块堵管率、血压及心率水平变化均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后肛门排气、排便时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在前列腺电切术患者护理干预工作中实施触摸护理联合核心温度冲洗液能预防或降低患者膀胱痉挛发生率,促使膀胱功能恢复,保护患者身心健康,早日回归正常生活,值得推广与应用。Objective To investigate the application effects of touch intervention combined with core temperature rinse solution in the prevention of bladder spasm in patients undergoing prostate electrotomy.Methods Ninety patients who underwent prostate electrotomy in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by conventional nursing,however,those in observation group were treated by touch care combined with core temperature rinse solution.The incidence rate of complications,prostate symptom score,wash condition(fluid volume,blood pressure change during washing)and digestive system function were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was 7.44%,which was significantly lower than that(17.78%)in control group(P<0.05),and the IPSS scores[(8.54±0.84)points]in observation group were significantly lower than those[(10.25±1.25)points]in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the use amount of rinse solution washing time,blood clot blocking rate,blood pressure and heart rate changes in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).In addition the postoperative anal exhaust time and defecation time in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of touch care combined with core temperature rinse solution in the nursing intervention for patients undergoing prostate electrotomy can prevent or reduce the incidence of bladder spasm,promote the recovery of bladder function,protect the physical and mental health of patients,so as to return to normal life as soon as possible.Therefor it is worthy of application and promotion in clinical practice.
