怀旧为主题的现实疗法对老年阈下抑郁患者躯体化症状的改善效果

摘　　要：目的探讨以怀旧为主题的现实疗法在老年阈下抑郁患者中的应用价值。方法将80例老年阈下抑郁患者按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组40例,对照组给予常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上实施6次以怀旧为主题的现实疗法。采用90项症状自评量表、积极/消极情感量表评价干预效果。结果干预后,试验组90项症状自评量表中躯体化、强迫、焦虑、抑郁等因子得分及总分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组消极情感分量表得分低于对照组,积极情感分量表得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以怀旧为主题的现实疗法可有效缓解老年阈下抑郁患者躯体化症状,减轻消极情感体验,提高其积极情感体验。Objective To explore the effects of reminiscence-themed reality therapy in elderly patients with subthreshold depression(SD).Methods Eighty elderly SD patients were randomly assigned into the experimental group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,and the experimental group received six times of reminiscence-themed reality therapies.The effects were evaluated by the symptom checklist-90(SCL-90)and positive and negative affect schedule(PANAS).Results The each factor score and total score of SCL-90 including the somatization,compulsion,anxiety,depression were significantly lower in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05).the scores of NAS in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).while the scores of the PAS was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly SD patients,the reminiscence-themed reality therapy can effectively alleviate their somatic symptoms,reduce negative emotions,and promote positive emotion.
