腕踝针联合艾灸气海穴对经产妇产后宫缩痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析腕踝针联合艾灸气海穴对经产妇产后宫缩痛的影响。方法选取100例经产妇,根据随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,每组50例。对照组接受常规产后护理,研究组接受腕踝针联合艾灸气海穴干预。比较两组经产妇产后24、48、72 h的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果研究组经产妇产后24、48、72 h的VAS评分分别为(3.51±0.34)、(2.51±0.21)、(1.81±0.05)分,均显著低于对照组的(6.27±0.71)、(5.84±0.37)、(3.74±0.34)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组经产妇产后24、48、72 h的SAS评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腕踝针联合艾灸气海穴有助于缓解经产妇焦虑情绪,且减轻产后宫缩疼痛程度,对缩短疼痛持续时间具有积极效果。Objective To analyze the effect of wrist and ankle needle combined with moxibustion at Qihai point on uterine contraction pain in multiparous women.Methods 100 multiparas were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine postpartum care,while the study group received wrist and ankle needle combined with moxibustion at Qihai point intervention.The scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)and self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)at 24,48 and 72 hours after delivery were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores at 24,48 and 72 h after delivery in the study group were(3.51±0.34),(2.51±0.21)and(1.81±0.05),which were significantly lower than those in the control group(6.27±0.71),(5.84±0.37)and(3.74±0.34),respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS scores at 24,48 and 72 h after delivery in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wrist and ankle needle combined with moxibustion at Qihai point can relieve the anxiety of multiparous women,reduce the pain degree of postpartum contractions,and shorten the duration of pain has positive significance.
