贵港市围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者未准确服药情况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解贵港市围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者未准确服药情况及相关影响因素,为制定相关干预提供依据。方法选取100例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者,收集相关的人口学信息,统计患者未准确服药情况,并分析影响因素。结果将患者按能否准确服药分为未能准确服药组与准确服药组,仅51例患者能够遵医嘱准确服药,准确率为51.0%。两组年龄、民族、职业、个人月收入、支付方式及病程比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组文化程度、婚姻状况、亲人服药提醒及疾病认知比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示:患者文化程度、婚姻状况、亲人服药提醒及疾病认知是影响服药准确性的因素。结论贵港市围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者服药准确率较低,可予以患者相应的干预措施使患者能准确、规范地用药。Objective To understand the situation of patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding in Guigang city not taking medication accurately and related influencing factors,and to provide evidence for the formulation of relevant intervention.Methods 100 patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were selected,relevant demographic information was collected,the situation of patients not taking medication accurately was counted,and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results The patients were divided into two groups according to whether they could take medicine accurately or not.Only 51 patients could take medicine accurately according to the doctor’s advice,with an accuracy rate of 51.0%.There were no statistically significant diff erences between the two groups in age,ethnicity,occupation,personal monthly income,payment method and disease course(P>0.05),while there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in education level,marital status,medication reminder and disease cognition(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that education level,marital status,medication reminder of relatives and disease cognition were the factors affecting medication accuracy.Conclusion The accuracy of medication for perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients in Guigang City is low.Corresponding intervention measures can be taken to enable patients to use drugs accurately and regularly.
