摘　　要：目的分析超声检查在药物流产后宫腔内残留物诊断中的应用价值。方法选取70例药物流产后宫腔内残留物患者,均采用经腹部超声、经阴道超声检查,对比不同检查方法的准确性,并观察患者影像学特征。结果经阴道超声检查微小残留物、宫腔内异常团块、宫腔内残留物诊断率分别为87.14%、92.86%和97.14%,明显高于经腹部超声检查的67.14%、72.86%和78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。超声检查显示:药物流产后宫腔内残留患者的宫腔内有杂乱回声,且宫体微大或饱满,部分局灶回声强弱不均,在子宫肌层近内膜面,残留物和子宫内膜基本无血流信号。结论相比经腹部超声,经阴道超声检查在药物流产后宫腔内残留物的临床诊断中,对宫腔内微小残留物和异常团块准确率更高。Objective To analyze the value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of intrauterine residue after medical abortion.Methods 70 patients with intrauterine residues after medical abortion were selected and examined by transabdominal ultrasonography and transvaginal ultrasonography.The accuracy of different examination methods was compared and the imaging characteristics of the patients were analyzed.Results The diagnostic rates of minor residue,abnormal intrauterine mass and intrauterine residue in transvaginal ultrasonography were 87.14%,92.86%and 97.14%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 67.14%,72.86%and 78.57%in transabdominal ultrasonography,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The results of ultrasonic examination showed that there were disorderly echoes in the uterine cavity of patients with residual uterine cavity after medical abortion,and the uterine body was slightly large or full,some focal echoes were uneven in strength,and there was basically no blood flow signal in the residue and endometrium near the myometrium.Conclusion Compared with transabdominal ultrasound,transvaginal ultrasound has a higher accuracy in the clinical diagnosis of intrauterine residues and abnormal masses after medical abortion.
