手术室积极保暖干预应用于预防剖宫产术后手术源性低体温的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室积极保暖干预应用于预防剖宫产术后手术源性低体温中的效果。方法选取114例行剖宫产术产妇,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各57例。对照组采用常规保暖干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用手术室积极保暖干预。对比两组术后各时间点温度、低体温发生率、颤抖程度及术后满意度。结果观察组术后10、20、30、40、50、60 min体温均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组低体温发生率、颤抖评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后满意度为98.25%,明显高于对照组的78.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室积极保暖干预应用于预防剖宫产术后手术源性低体温产妇可提高其体温,降低低体温发生率及颤抖程度,提高其术后满意度。Objective To explore the effect of active warmth intervention in operating room in surgically induced hypothermia after cesarean section.Methods 114 cases of cesarean section were randomly divided into control group and observation group,57 cases in each group.The control group received routine warm keeping intervention,while the observation group received active warm keeping intervention in the operating room on the basis of the control group.The temperature,the incidence of hypothermia,the degree of tremor and postoperative satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The body temperature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 10,20,30,40,50 and 60 min after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of hypothermia and shivering score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative satisfaction of the observation group was 98.25%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.95%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Active warmth intervention in the operating room can be applied to women with surgically induced hypothermia after cesarean section,which can increase their core temperature,reduce the incidence of hypothermia and the degree of tremor,and improve their postoperative satisfaction.
