摘 要:目的探讨产前宣教对初产妇分娩方式的影响。方法选取55例分娩的初产妇,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(28例)与观察组(27例)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施产前宣教。对比两组分娩方式、母婴并发症情况及产程。结果观察组自然分娩率74.1%明显高于对照组35.7%,剖宫产率14.8%明显低于对照组50.0%,母婴并发症发生率3.7%明显低于对照组25.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组阴道助产率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程及总产程均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产前宣教可提高初产妇自然分娩率,降低剖宫产率及母婴并发症,具有临床应用价值。Objective To explore the influence of prenatal education on the delivery mode of primipara.Methods 55 primiparas were selected and divided into control group(28 cases)and observation group(27 cases)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received prenatal education on the basis of the control group.Methods of delivery,maternal and infant complications and labor course were compared between the two groups.Results The natural delivery rate of the observation group(74.1%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(35.7%),the cesarean section rate(14.8%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(50.0%),and the incidence of maternal and infant complications(3.7%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(25.0%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the rate of vaginal delivery between the two groups(P>0.05).The first stage of labor,second stage of labor,third stage of labor and total stage of labor in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Antenatal education can improve the rate of natural delivery of primipara,reduce the rate of cesarean section and maternal and infant complications,which has clinical application value.
