摘　　要：为明确一种新型次氯酸消毒剂的杀菌效力,本试验采用悬液定性、定量杀菌试验和畜舍现场消毒试验,系统分析该消毒剂与次氯酸钠消毒剂对比的杀灭细菌效力。悬液定性、定量杀菌试验结果显示,该次氯酸消毒剂含有效氯3.125 mg/L时,对大肠埃希菌(E.coli)和金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)分别作用2 min,对乙型溶血性链球菌(S.hemolyticus)作用60 min,对枯草芽孢杆菌(B.subtilis)作用10 min,杀灭对数均可达3以上,与对照次氯酸钠消毒剂相比杀菌效力更优或相当,杀菌速度更快;畜舍现场消毒试验结果显示,次氯酸消毒剂含有效氯75 mg/L时,对栏杆、食槽、地面和空气中自然菌作用10 min,杀灭对数即可达1以上,对畜舍不同位置特定菌作用10 min,杀灭对数达3以上。本试验对研制的新型次氯酸消毒剂应用于畜舍消毒具有指导意义。In order to assess the bactericidal effectiveness of a new hypochlorous acid disinfectant,this study utilized the qualitative and quantitative sterilization test of suspension and the on-site disinfection test of livestock house to systematically analyze the sterilizing effect of the disinfectant compared with sodium hypochlorite disinfectant.The results of the qualitative and quantitative sterilization tests of the suspension showed that the hypochlorous acid disinfectant containing 3.125 mg/L of available chlorine was effective against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus(2 min),beta-hemolytic Streptococcus(60 min)and Bacillus subtilis(10 min),with the logarithm of killing reaching more than 3;compared with the sodium hypochlorite disinfectant in the control group,its bactericidal effectiveness was better or equivalent,and its killing speed was faster.The results of the on-site disinfection test of livestock house showed that when hypochlorous acid disinfectant contained 75 mg/L of available chlorine,the killing logarithm reached more than 1 after actioning natural bacteria on the railing,manger,ground and in the air for 10 min,and the killing logarithm reached more than 3 after actioning specific bacteria in different positions for 10 min.This study provides a useful guide for the application of the new type hypochlorous acid disinfectant to the disinfection of livestock houses.
