摘  要:为摸清商丘市鸭疫里默氏杆菌(RA)的流行特性,为临床用药提供建议,本试验从商丘市养鸭场疑似感染RA的病鸭分离出6株病原菌,经细菌分离培养特性观察、生化试验和PCR检测,确诊为RA感染,血清型鉴定为血清1型2株,血清2型3株,未定血清型1株。常规抗菌药物的耐药性试验结果显示,6株分离菌对羧苄西林、氨苄西林、庆大霉素、链霉素、多西环素、头孢氨苄6种药物高度耐药,耐药率均大于80%,对复方新诺明、丁胺卡那、卡那霉素、氟苯尼考、诺氟沙星、恩诺沙星、阿莫西林7种药物高度敏感。动物回归试验结果显示,病死鸭表现典型的鸭疫里默氏杆菌病临床症状。本试验为商丘市鸭疫里默氏杆菌病的防控提供了参考依据。In order to assess the epidemic characteristics of Riemerella anatipestifer in Shangqiu City,and offer suggestions for clinical drug use,this study isolated 6 strains of pathogenic bacteria from sick ducks suspected of R.anatipestifer infection in duck farms in Shangqiu City,and confirmed to be R.anatipestifer by characteristics observation,biochemical test and PCR.Serotyping analysis identified 2 strains as serotype 1,3 strains as serotype 2 and 1 strain as undetermined serotype.Routine antimicrobial resistance test showed that the 6 R.anatipestifer strains were highly resistant to carbenicillin,ampicillin,gentamicin,streptomycin,doxycycline and cefalexin(>80%),but highly sensitive to cotrimoxazole,amikacin,kanamycin,florfenicol,norfloxacin,enrofloxacin and amoxicillin.Animal regression test showed that the dead ducks had typical clinical symptoms of R.anatipestifer infection.This study provides a reference for the prevention and control of R.anatipestifer infection in Shangqiu City.
