摘  要:救援用氧气呼吸器检测仪是检测氧气呼吸器的重要装备,为了方便救援使用,要求检测仪体积小、功能全、气密性好。据此,设计了一种新型的五位四通旋转型换向阀;通过转动旋转钮,带动控制通路转盘,从而控制阀芯组件,对换向阀的各通路进行控制,从而实现检测仪的不同功能;该阀采用了弹簧力和特殊结构的环形增强密封铜套相配合,通过O形圈密封,增强了阀的承压能力,密封性能更好。运用仿真技术对阀体中的阀芯密封性进行了受力模拟,同时将旋转型换向阀加工成实体进行了密封性能实验,实验结果与仿真相吻合,并将旋转型换向阀运用到了氧气呼吸器检测仪上。Oxygen breathing apparatus detector is an important equipment for detecting oxygen breathing apparatus during the rescue operation where it is required that the detector be small in size, full in function and good in air tightness. In view of the above requirements, a new five-position four-way rotary directional valve is designed. The different functions of the detector are switched by rotating the knob which makes the control path turntable driven to control the spool, and the spool functions as the various path control of the directional valve. In addition, the valve employs both the spring force and the copper sleeve with the special ring-structure sealing, which makes the pressure-bearing capacity of the valve increased and the sealing performance better. Simulation technology was firstly used to conduct a stress analysis on the sealing of the spool in the valve body, and then the rotary directional valve was processed into a solid body for sealing performance experiment, whose results were consistent with that of the simulation, and the rotary directional valve was used in the oxygen respirator detector.
