摘　　要：西柏坡时期中国共产党肩负着领导全国人民取得解放战争、推动土地改革运动深入开展、实现工作重心转移等重要任务,完成这些重要任务都离不开严格的纪律。在这关键时期,党高度重视纪律建设,在完善纪律规范体系、加强纪律教育、严格执行党的纪律方面进行了科学探索,有效地严明了党的纪律。西柏坡时期党的纪律建设呈现出历史继承与时代创新相统一、系统推进与重点突破相统一、履行使命与解决问题相统一的鲜明特征。对西柏坡时期党的纪律建设实践进行研究并深入总结相关经验对新时代推进党的纪律建设具有重要的启示意义。In Xibaipo period,the Communist Party of China undertakes such important tasks as winning the victory of Liberation War,promoting the deep development of movement of land reform,and realizing the transfer of work focus.Finishing these important tasks is inseparable from strict disciplines.At this critical point,the CPC pays high attention to the discipline construction,making a scientific exploration in such aspects as perfecting the system of discipline norms,strengthening discipline education,and carrying out the Party s disciplines strictly,which causes a good effect of being strict in discipline.In Xibaipo period,the Party s discipline construction demonstrates distinct features of the unity of historical inheritance and innovation of the times,the one of systematic advance and emphasis breakthrough,and the one of fulfilling the mission and solving the problem.Studying and summarizing the practice of the Party s discipline construction in this period has a very important enlightenment significance for carrying forward the Party s discipline construction in the new era.
