摘　　要：目的改良瓦合缝合法联合负压封闭引流技术(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)治疗褥疮创面临床疗效。方法对2021年9月至2022年6月采用改良瓦合缝合法联合VSD治疗臀部褥疮的32例患者的疗效分析。结果所有患者没有出现感染,愈合良好。结论改良瓦合缝合法联合VSD治疗臀部褥疮创面,对合皮肤面积增大,张力减小,并发症少,是治疗褥疮创面的一种有效方法。Objectivs To investigate the clinical effect of modified tile suture combined with vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)in the treatment of bedsore wound.Methods From September 2021 to may 2022,15 patients with hip bedsore were treated with modified tile suture combined with VSD.Results All patients had no infection and healed well.Conclusion The modified tile suture combined with VSD is an effective method for the treatment of hip bedsore wound,which can increase the area of the anastomotic skin,reduce the tension and reduce the complications.
