超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光联合长脉宽1064nm激光治疗烧伤后面部色素沉着的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光与长脉宽1064nm激光对烧伤后面部色素沉着的改善效果。方法选我院2020年1月至2022年6月就诊的烧伤后面部色素沉着患者50例为研究对象,分为对照组、观察组,每组25例。对照组添加长脉宽1064nm激光治疗,观察组在对照组基础上添加超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、面部色素沉着评分、皮肤性质评分、氧化应激指标差异。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著大于对照组,治疗后1个月、治疗后2个月色素沉着评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组皮肤水分、皮肤弹性评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血清MDA、LPO水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光与长脉宽1064nm激光对烧伤后面部色素沉着患者疗效更好,更能改善面部色素沉着情况与皮肤性质,降低机体氧化应激,且其安全性有一定保障。Objective To investigate the effect of ultra pulse CO_(2) dot matrix laser and long pulse width 1064nm laser on pigmentation after burn.Methods 50 patients with pigmentation in the posterior part of burns who visited our hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were simply divided into the control group and the observation group,with 25 patients in each group.The control group was treated with long pulse width 1064nm laser,and the observation group was treated with ultra pulse CO_(2) dot matrix laser on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,facial pigmentation score,skin property score and oxidative stress index of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the pigmentation score was higher than that of the control group 1 month after treatment and 2 months after treatment,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of skin moisture and skin elasticity in the two groups increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MDA and LPO in serum of the two groups decreased,and the levels of MDA and LPO in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Ultra pulse CO_(2) dot matrix laser and long pulse width 1064nm laser have better effect on patients with pigmentation at the back of burns,improve facial pigmentation and skin properties,reduce oxidative stress of the body,and ensure their safety.
