摘　　要：目的探索颈部皮肤光老化经过1064nm激光与医用敷料联合治疗的疗效。方法纳入我院50例1064nm激光和医用敷料联合治疗三次的颈部皮肤光老化患者,采用统计学方法对颈部皮肤色泽、平滑度、深层皱纹、浅层皱纹、细纹情况进行治疗前后疗效对比分析。结果与自身治疗前对比,治疗后颈部皮肤的色泽、平滑度、细纹、浅层皱纹的改善程度均有统计学意义(P<0.05),深层皱纹无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论1064nm激光联合医用敷料治疗颈部皮肤光老化得到一定程度的改善。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of QS 1064nm laser combined with medical dressing for neck skin photoaging.Methods A total of 50 patients with neck skin photoaging were treated with 1064nm laser and medical dressing for 3 times.Color and lustre,smoothness,deep wrinkles,shallow wrinkles and fine lines of neck skin were compared and analyzed before and after operation.Results Compared with that before treatment,the pores number,smoothness,fine lines and shallow wrinkles of the skin after treatment all improved to varying degrees(P<0.05),and there were no significant changes in deep wrinkles(P<0.05).Conclusion 1064nm laser combined with medical dressing has a certain effect on neck skin photoaging.
