摘 要:社会的高速发展使得环境和能源问题备受关注。在能源资源日益紧缺的当下,对化工行业的加工要求越来越高。化工行业精馏工艺应用期间若出现问题,会对能源利用率的提升产生直接影响,最终导致能源资源浪费,因此需要结合现有的精馏工艺流程,加强对精馏技术的开发和应用,并将节能减排技术应用其中,保证化工精馏过程中能量消耗能全面减少,提高物质分离效率。With the rapid development of society,environmental and energy issues have attracted much attention.With the increasing shortage of energy resources,the processing requirements of the chemical industry are becoming higher and higher.If problems occur during the application of distillation process in the chemical industry,it will have a direct impact on the improvement of energy utilization and eventually lead to the waste of energy resources.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the development and application of distillation technology in combination with the current existing distillation process,and apply energy-saving and emission reduction technology to ensure the overall reduction of energy consumption in the chemical distillation process and promote the improvement of material separation eff iciency.
