摘　　要：在电石生产的过程中,使用自动化技术对电石生产工序进行控制,能够使传统生产技术中所存在的不足得到有效改善,从而高效控制电石生产设备的生产参数。电石在生产的全过程中,会受到电石炉的状况、周围环境等诸多因素的影响,有时还会出现控制不当状况的发生。所以,做好电石生产自动化的研究分析工作十分必要。文章从电石生产着手,通过分析国内电石生产的现况以及生产流程中的一些问题,结合实际提出优化措施,使电石生产运行的实效性得到提升。In the process of calcium carbide production,the use of automation technology to control the production process of calcium carbide can effectively improve the shortcomings of traditional production technology,so as to effectively control the production parameters of calcium carbide production equipment.In the whole process of calcium carbide production,it will be affected by many factors,such as the condition of calcium carbide furnace and the surrounding environment,and sometimes there will be improper control.Therefore,it is very necessary to do a good job in the research and analysis of calcium carbide production automation.This paper starts with the production of calcium carbide,analyzes the current situation of domestic calcium carbide production and some problems in the production process,and puts forward optimization measures in combination with the actual situation,so as to improve the effectiveness of the production and operation of calcium carbide.
