摘　　要：文章以化工机械设备润滑故障作为切入点,简要叙述机械设备润滑作用,深入剖析化工机械设备在运行期间的典型润滑故障及形成原因。同时,立足故障成因,重点分析化工机械设备润滑故障的有效控制措施,旨在建立高效系统的机械设备润滑故障防治处理体系,以此来保障化工机械设备的正常运行。The article to chemical machinery equipment lubrication fault as the breakthrough point,a brief description of mechanical equipment lubrication,deeply analyze the chemical machinery equipment during the operation of the typical lubrication failure and cause.At the same time,based on the fault,focus on the analysis of effective control measures,aims to establish an eff icient system of mechanical equipment lubrication fault control system,in order to ensure the normal operation of chemical machinery equipment.
