摘 要:环己酮肟液相贝克曼重排是现今主流的己内酰胺生产工艺,但生产过程中使用了强腐蚀性浓硫酸作为催化剂,同时会副产大量低价值硫酸铵。因此开展无硫铵气相重排生产己内酰胺绿色催化剂的研究具有重要意义。综述分子筛和氧化物等催化剂在环己酮肟气相贝克曼重排反应中的应用。基于成本、环保、能耗和催化性能,综合评价不同类型催化剂在环己酮肟气相贝克曼重排催化反应中的工业应用潜力。结合研究现状,为无硫铵环己酮肟气相重排催化剂研究和设计提出建议。Preparation of caprolactam by the liquid-phase Beckmann rearrangement of cyclohexanone is the main production processing technology.But it adopts corrosive sulfuric acid as catalyst and,a large amount of ammonium sulfate as by-product is formed during process.However,the vapor-phase Beckmann rearrangement of cyclohexanone can effectively overcome the above shortcomings.Therefore,it is of great significance to research the green catalysis for vapor-phase rearangement of cyclohexanone oxime without ammonium sulfate by-product.Firstly,the application of molecular sieve and oxide as catalysts,respectively,in vapor-phase rearangement of cyclohexanone oxime reaction was reviewed.Then,based on the analysis of parameter including the cost,environmental protection,energy consumption and catalytic performance,the industrial application potential of different types of catalysts for gas-phase Beckmann rearrangement of cyclohexanone oxime was evaluated.Finally,according to current research,the development of green catalysts for vapor-phase rearangement of cyclohexanone oxime and the design of catalysts was suggested.
